Burn times vary by vessel size. Our 18oz large jars burn for approximately 100 hours, while our 4oz decorative tins provide about 25 hours of fragrance.

What type of wax do you use in your candles?

We use a proprietary coconut wax blend that is sustainably sourced and offers a clean, long-lasting burn with superior scent throw.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Are Voluspa products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are vegan, phthalate-free, and never tested on animals.

Can I reuse the candle vessels?

Absolutely. Our glass and tin vessels are designed to be repurposed as jewelry holders, flower vases, or vanity organizers once the wax is removed.
